Dr. Habib Noorbhai, crowned Mr South Africa in 2016, is set to release his first book in November.
Noorbhai, who is commonly known for his work as a sports science researcher, will launch his book, Heart, in Cape Town on November 27.
The book tracks Noorbhai’s life and is structured in three parts: the inferior vena cava (the root to his life), the superior vena cava (the meat of his career) and the aorta (his way forward after being crowned).
“If I can contribute towards five percent of difference making, then for me, that would be a significant contribution, and I continue aiming to give a 110 percent. I am just an ordinary guy attempting to do extraordinary things, with a foundation of heart,” says Noorbhai.
Professor Tim Noakes has been invited as a guest speaker at the event.
The launch will be at the Two Oceans Aquarium Auditorium in Cape Town.
Tickets prices are set at R200 and R350 and can be found here.
