AKA on New Year’s resolutions and Bonang

Written by on January 2, 2018

Kiernan Forbes, better known by his stage name AKA, says that his New Year’s resolution is to be a better Christian.

Tshisa Live reports that the rapper has said: “I didn’t do much but I think this year is better than last year even last year was better than the other year. I have started my company and I’m much happier than ever. My biggest resolution is to be a better Christian.”

“Negative people, memes, social media bullying and negative energy all need to be left in 2017. We need to be better people, come together as one because we are quick to pull each other down and we celebrate when one is down and out,” he added.

AKA also announced on Twitter that he and celebrity personality Bonang Matheba have decided to end their relationship.

“Myself and Bonang have decided to call it quits. I feel like I need to put this out there so we can both move on. I wish her all the best and I will always love her,” he wrote.

However, fans have called this out as a publicity stunt which AKA has admitted to doing before.

At the same time, Bonang was also tweeting about happiness.
